3.3 Data from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
Sign-in providers (if enabled)
- If you sign in via a supported identity provider (for example, Apple or Google), we may receive information from that provider such as your name, email address, and an identifier associated with your account on that service, in accordance with their privacy policies and the permissions you grant.

- If you choose to connect bookings or external data sources, we may receive related information (for example, hotel name, check-in/out dates, flight details, or loyalty program data) from supported integrations, subject to your authorization.
Location and places data (Google Places)
- To help you discover activities, restaurants, points of interest, and other local content, we use the Google Places API. This may involve sending search terms, coordinates, or other limited context (such as the area of the map or destination you are viewing) to Google so it can return places and related information. Google’s use of this data is governed by its own privacy policies.
Flight information (AviationStack)
- For flight lookup and related features, we use the AviationStack API. This may involve sending flight numbers, route details, dates, or similar query data to AviationStack so it can return flight information. AviationStack’s use of this data is governed by its own privacy policies.
We may combine information we receive from different sources in order to operate and improve the Services.
4. AI Features & Third-Party AI Providers
TravGo.ai uses AI to help generate and optimize travel plans, itineraries, and related content. When you use AI-powered features (for example, entering free-text prompts such as “3-day luxury shopping trip in Shanghai”), we may process:
- The text you submit (such as prompts, notes, or itinerary details)
- Relevant context needed to respond (such as your language, preferences, and previous interactions with AI features)
- Non-sensitive itinerary details (such as destinations, dates, and preferences)
To provide these AI features, we use third-party AI service providers that process data on our behalf. These providers act as our service processors and process your data only to generate AI-based outputs for TravGo.ai, under contractual obligations that require them to protect your information and follow our instructions.
We do not intend to send payment card details, government-issued identification numbers, or other highly sensitive categories of personal data to our AI providers, and we ask you not to include such information in free-text prompts or itinerary notes.
Where required by applicable law or by the policies of platforms that distribute our Apps (such as Apple and Google), we will:
- Clearly disclose when your personal data is sent to third-party AI services; and
- Obtain your explicit consent before such sharing within the App or website flows.
You can choose not to use AI-powered features. Some functionality of TravGo.ai may rely on AI or be significantly enhanced by AI. If you withdraw consent to AI processing where consent is required, we will stop sending your personal data to third-party AI providers for those features, although we may continue to process your data using our own systems as necessary to provide the Services.

If we are required to obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting personal data from a child, we will do so in the manner required by applicable law.
